Jason did a fantastic job in the sale of my Mother-in-law's home in Colonial Heights. He took great care in evaluating the home compared to the market. He prepared a very professional video of the home before putting the property on the market. The video along with the listing triggered a strong interest in the house. We received offers above our original asking price over the first weekend and into the next week. After agreeing to one of the offers, Jason took full ownership of managing a few punch list items following the home inspection.
